chimichurri sour ale

Our rule is - if it's good, you can make beer out of it. And chimichurri is really good. This South American cold sauce is served with grilled meat, and its base consists of parsley, fresh oregano, and garlic. Thanks to this beer, you can skip straight to the grilling.

bloody mary smoked gose

Bloody Mary surely needs no introduction. It's one of our favorite drinks so we brewed this juicy sour beer to taste like one. We used tomato puree, tabasco, sriracha, salt and worchester sauce.
And the 90% smoked malt in the grain bill adds
a pleasant twist.

tzatziky sour ale

We put everything that belongs in tzatziki into this beer. We soured it using the lactobacilli found in yogurt and mixed it in the tank with cucumbers, dill, and garlic. We didn't forget the pepper and salt. You'll enjoy it in any weather.

tomato and basil gose

This fruit sour is not for any prudes. This is because we used tomato puree as the fruit component and we also spiced it up in an Italian way - with a generous amount of basil. And of course, salt is a must. It's unorthodox, but very tasty and refreshing. This liquid Margarita pizza will definitely surprise you pleasantly.
